I got these great new shoes last weekend - tall, cool, but with a chunky enough heel that I won't wobble. They were even comfy!! Woo Hoo!!
Not so much. I wore them most of the day Monday and Tuesday (I wear my sneakers to the office and back home again) and my knees are killing me. I thought it might be the exercise bike - except that I've done that before without knee problems so it finally occurred to me that it might be my shoes. So I was in sneakers all day today (now THAT looked terrific...) and they are feeling better. Yesterday stairs actually hurt - by the end of the day today they were merely uncomfortable. So I guess I'll keep with my sneakers until they're better and then look into flats. And a seamstress to hem all my pants. Unless my mom wants to do it... yeah, didn't think so!!!
I wonder if I can return them... they're nice shoes, but if they're going to cause me problems then they are expensive shoes to never wear. Oh well, maybe I'll check it out and see. I guess the worst they can do is say no, right?
